Tina, clever Tina, made earplugs of cotton. But Tinku, tiny Tinku, cried. One night, the howling was louder! Louder than ever! "I'll scare them!" declared Pooja. She grabbed a pot and spoon. "Bang! Bang! Bang!" Pooja marched to the forest edge, banging. The howling stopped! A small wolf pup whimpered. It was lost! Tinku offered his teddy. The pup sniffed, cuddled the teddy, and quieted. Soon, its mother arrived. No more scary howls, only grateful wags.
