But little did Tommy know, a mischievous imp named Pixie had cast a spell, turning all the taxes into torn paper clips! Tommy rode to the park, where Pixie giggled and said, "You'll never collect all those clips!" Tommy thought fast. "_flutter, flutter, flutter..._!" The wind blew the paper clips into a whirlwind, and Tommy expertly herded them into a giant magnet. With a triumphant grin, he returned the taxes to their rightful owners. Pixie conjured a bouquet of flowers, apologizing for the mayhem. Tommy beamed, "All's well when taxes are collected well!"
